What documents do I need to rent a camper?

To rent a camper, you must have a valid driver’s license and meet the requirements set by the booking platform. If you plan to tow the camper yourself, your vehicle must be properly equipped with a compatible hitch and adequate towing capacity. Specific requirements will be confirmed during the booking process.

Is roadside assistance included?

Yes. All bookings made through our partner platforms include roadside assistance coverage. This provides support for common issues during your trip. Coverage details and response times may vary based on location and circumstances.

Are perts allowed?

Pet policies vary by camper. Some units are pet friendly, while others are not. Pet approval and any applicable fees will be clearly listed during booking.

Do I need prior RV or towing experience?

No prior experience is required, but renters choosing to tow should feel comfortable doing so. Basic guidance and instructions are provided, and we are happy to answer questions before your trip.

What happens if something breaks during my trip?

If an issue arises, contact us and the booking platform immediately. Roadside assistance and support options will be coordinated through the platform to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Do you offer one way rentals?

No. All campers must be returned to the original pickup location. One way rentals are not offered.

Can I have the camper delivered to my campsite?

Yes. Delivery and setup may be available within a limited service area for an additional fee. Delivery options, pricing, and availability will be shown during the booking process or discussed after your reservation is requested.

Can I tow the camper myself?

Yes. Many of our campers are available for customer pickup and towing. Your vehicle must meet the camper’s towing requirements, and you should feel comfortable towing before choosing this option.

What is included with the rental?
